ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (ARC Wireless) is a company engaged in providing wireless network component and wireless network solutions. It is known for its design, development, manufacturing as well as marketing of several antennas and related wireless communication systems, including cellular base station, mobile, cellular, conformal and flat panel antennas. It has a fully-owned subsidiary known as ARC Wireless Hong Kong Limited (ARCHK).

Flat Panel Antennas

The Company produces flat panel antennas utilized for wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) and Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, Inc. (WiMAX) and related technologies. Its design integrates a group of constituent antennas, all of which are equidistant from the center point. These are used to receive and/or transmit data, voice and, in some cases, video from radio transmitters.

Antenna Accessories

The Company also produces antenna accessories which are composed of enclosures that attach to its integrated antenna product line. These are used for house active electronics, such as a routerboard and radio frequency (RF) radio used to complete a network link solution.

Global Positioning System (GPS) Antennas

The Company has also developed GPS antenna systems that incorporate with a GPS receiver. The receivers can communicate with a network of globe-orbiting satellites, which would identify longitude and latitude coordinates of a location.

The Company is utilizing a satellite system which is used by military, civilian and commercial boats, planes, surveying companies, recreational hikers, and, more recently, in vehicle tracking and asset management. These GPS products are marketed on an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) basis for the purposes of fleet management, asset management, and vehicle tracking systems.

Cellular Base Station Antennas

The Company also produces cellular antenna systems work with a range of protocols and technologies, such as AMPS, global system for mobile communications (GSM), PCS, GPRS, 2.5G and third generation (3G).

The base station antennas were deployed in the AT&T, Telefonica and Qwest mobile phone carrier networks, as well as other carrier networks across the United States and Latin America. ARC continues to supply the base station antenna products both directly to the carriers and through other channels, such as OEMs and distributors. These are supplied to the following:

• Tessco
• Domital
• Sprint North Supply.

Other Antennas

The Company’s products are focused on the manufacturing of antennas with different frequencies even up to six gigahertz.
